Tasting Notes
A long, contemplative pour.
Nose
Dark fruit and damp oak. Fig, raisin, polished walnut, a thread of clove smoke.
Palate
Dense and slow. Treacle, dried cherry, espresso oils, leather, then a long mineral spine.
Finish
Long, dry, faintly bitter. Cocoa nib, antique wood, and the memory of the room.
